Hibob
A step-by-step guide to setting up a Hibob integration.
Supported data
Runway automatically imports the fields listed below from Hibob. Just connect your integration to begin—no setup needed.
- Name
- Title
- Team
- Pay Rate
- Pay Period
- Pay Currency
- Type
- Office
- Department

How data is handled
The fields pulled from Hibob are converted to dimensions or properties within a database in Runway. This lets you create drivers that are directly connected to your Hibob data.
Connecting to Hibob
- Go to the Integrations Directory and search for Hibob. Click
+ Set up
next to the search result. We recommend selecting the option listed under the ‘HRIS’ category.
- When asked to choose an authentication method, select
Hibob Token and User ID
.
- Follow the instructions in the popup modal to find your Hibob User ID and token. Then enter them in the designated fields to start the initial sync.
- Once complete, you’ll see a new Employee database. The column headers will match the fields listed above.
All done. You’re ready to start modeling! 👩💻
